You agree to indemnify and hold The Silver Arrow Bowmen Club's and The Silver Arrow Bowmen Forum's affiliates, officers and agents harmless from any claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through The Silver Arrow Bowmen Forum, your use of The Silver Arrow Bowmen Forum, your violation of these Forum Rules and Conditions or the Terms of Use.

This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and its validity, construction and effect will be governed by and enforced pursuant to the substantive laws. The parties agree that all legal proceedings in connection with the enforcement, construction, interpretation, breach or violation of this agreement will be submitted to the state or federal courts in Washington, DC, United States of America and that jurisdiction and venue are proper in such courts.
